Familiarity With The Issues
From Living Through Them
It's an unfortunately true statement that many Americans feel as though their representatives in Washington D.C. are grossly disconnected from the realities that they themselves live in, and with. I am running for Congress with the hope to interject real world experiences, successes, and difficulties into the conversations throughout Washington D.C. It is my core belief, that a healthy America requires a healthy middle class. I have spent my entire life flirting with what I thought was the, "American Dream." Only to time and time again, find that the path to the dream, is nothing like it once was.
As a father and husband, I understand the difficulties of raising a modern family. As a local small business owner, I've continually dealt with economic struggles and overcoming them. Coming from a family of education, I've witnessed first hand the issues our education system faces. As someone with a chronic illness, I've felt the physical and emotional tolls our current health care system can inflict. The path to the American Dream in modern America is full of obstacles and obstructions, and if elected to office, I will work tirelessly to help clean, and clear the path once again, for all Americans.
